Did something I haven't been able to do in ages. I bought a pair of size 20 pants, there not tight...didn't have to lay down to zip... suck in to button zip. A pair of SLACKS not jeans Slacks that fit perfect, no mushroom top. So excited!!! 24/26 to 20 !!

awesome!!! I just bought some jeans and slacks last weekend that ended up being 2 sizes smaller... I was SO happy! Keep it up! Congrats!!

I am not a scale person so pulling those pants on made my whole day!! Thank you ::) I am so happy I found this site. It is keeping me more focused and great to know there are people just like me, moment I feel like I am going to snack because I am bored I read a couple blogs or exercise.
