Justin's Nut Butter 100 Calorie Squeeze Packs

PER SERVING (1 packet, 1 tbsp.): 100 calories, 8g fat, 35mg sodium, 3 - 4g carbs, 1 - 2g fiber, 1 - 2g sugars, 3 - 4g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

Oh, Justin! We've had the hots for your peanut and almond butters FOREVER. And, as calorie-aware humans who LOVE the stuff, we begged and begged you to shove some of it into portion-controlled 100-calorie packs. And VOILA, that's exactly what you did! YOU ROCK... and so do your pre-portioned nut butter packets!!!! These are available in two flavors -- Honey Peanut Butter Blend and Maple Almond Butter. Single-serving packets of peanut and almond butter are SO COOL. And even though the serving size isn't h uge, at least you know EXACTLY how much you're eating. Just remember to squeeze every last drop from these pouches, people! You can order them online, but be sure to get the 0.6-oz. packs in the "100 Cal." section (the original packs are bigger and have more calories!).

Jell-O Sugar Free Rice Pudding Snacks, Crème Brulée

PER SERVING (1 container): 70 calories, 2g fat, 180mg sodium, 13g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, 2g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

We were SO excited when we found the new sugar-free rice pudding snacks from Jell-O on the shelf at our local market, because we love, LOVE rice pudding. But we are TOTAL rice pudding snobs (and by that we mean we KNOW no one can compete with the peeps at Kozy Shack, who make the world's BEST rice pudding in regular AND no-sugar-added varieties!). Still, we were willing to give the Jell-O stuff a whirl. We'd be lying if we told you we were impressed with the Original flavor of these Sugar Free Rice Pudding Snacks offered by Jell-O -- it's not even a little bit impressive in the flavor OR texture depa rtments. BUT the good news is the Crème Brulée version is GREAT! It's a bit gelatinous, so you need to mix it well before digging in. But once it's stirred-up, the result is a creamy rice pudding with a nice light caramel kiss. So, if you're looking for straight up rice pudding, stick with Kozy Shack's No Sugar Added version. But if you're open to enjoying some with a crème brulée twist, check this stuff out. With a 70-calorie price tag, it's a total steal.

Fiber One Chewy Bars, Oats & Apple Streusel

PER SERVING (1 bar): 130 calories, 2g fat, 120mg sodium, 31g carbs, 9g fiber, 11g sugars, 2g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

YAY... new Chewy Bars from the folks at Fiber One are here! What can we say? These guys KNOW how to get it right. All of their bars are super-fantastic -- Oats & Chocolate (which tastes like a candy bar), Oats & Peanut Butter (SUPER peanut buttery), Oats & Caramel (which tastes more like butterscotch than caramel but is still amazing)... and now, their two newest flavors, Oats & Strawberries with Almonds and Oats & Apple Streusel. While both are great, we're focusing on the apple one for this review, because we love apples. And great apple-flavored bars are hard to come by. Or at least they WERE, before these things were released. So here's the scoop. These bars are chewy, packed with fiber, and taste a lot like apple pie! They have the PERFECT amount of apple flavor, too. They're not overly appley in that fake way that makes it hard to breathe -- they are PERFECT. Sweet, chewy, YUM! And with just 130 calories and 2g fat, plus 9g of fiber, you never have to feel bad about indulging in this sweet treat.

Cool Whip Lite in a Can

PER SERVING (2 tbsp.): 15 calories, 1g fat, 0mg sodium, 2g carbs, 0g fiber, <1g sugars, 0g protein -- POINTS® value 0*

We REALLY wanted to love the new Cool Whip Lite in an aerosol can. We're whipped cream OBSESSED, so more options for fluffy white dessert toppings = good times. But this stuff falls short. For starters, it is NOWHERE NEAR as delicious as Fat Free Reddi-wip -- it tastes WAY more artificial and not nearly as creamy. It also has three times as many calories as Fat Free Reddi-wip. That alone should be enough for us to wrap up this review and call it a day. But we're fair, so we'll tell you some of the GOOD stuff about sprayable Cool Whip Lite. First of all, seeing Cool Whip in a can is exciting. It just is. And second of all, the text ure of it is slightly more impressive than Fat Free Reddi-wip -- in other words, like the Cool Whip from a tub, this stuff isn't likely to wilt ten seconds after it's applied to your dessert. But, as sad as it is to admit, our favorite thing about this new reduced-cal topping is the whipped-cream-dollop-shaped cap that it comes with (it's REALLY cute). To sum it up -- we much prefer Cool Whip Free in a tub to this stuff, and we're sticking with Fat Free Reddi-wip for all of our squirt topping needs.

I have yet to spot Justin's Nut Butter in my grocery stores but I just went to their website and it says "check back soon for more specifics as our website undergoes some updates" (I tried searching for locations).

Fiber One bar w/ cool whip sounds yummy!

I have found the Justin's PB at Sprouts. Maybe Whole Foods carries it too?
