First day OP!!

So it's my first day officially on program! I'm actually excited to see that I did really well calorie wise and carb wise!! I need to add more protein, which is easy. Buuuut, I'm way over on the fat!! I need to start paying way more attention. I didn't think I ate a particularly fatty diet, but I guess something's gotta be up for me to have gained 35 pounds in 6 months!!
I do love how after all the food is put in, it says "If you keep this up, you'll weigh x amount in x amount of time!" I think that's awesome, that's a huge motivator! It said 175 in 5 weeks and I'm like "OMG I'D LOVE TO SEE 175 IN 5 WEEKS AAAAH!" Definitely think I'm going to be successful here
