Anyone from SC/Ga/Florida? Have an alcohol question.

Don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I decided the gang in here would be least likely to be angry about a mis-post

Does anyone known how alcohol prices in Florida compare to those here in NC? Im headed down for spring break tomorrow, and we were trying to decide on whether to stock up here or to wait until we got there(or even stop in SC or GA, which we pass through on the way down). I know the tax is less there, but prices here are the same everywhere because of the ABC board.

Here, for example, a handle of Captain Morgan is about 32 dollars after tax.

Also, if you happen to know if the same applies to beer, Id appreciate that as well. Thanks!

Depends on what store you buy from. Lowest price for a handle in Destin, Fl is $35 before tax.
