I just had a bowl of sliced lemon cucumbers and cherry tomato both freshly picked from my garden!
Seriously it was like heaven in a bowl.
My lemon cucumbers plants are going crazy...I am so excited!
Last year I only planted 2 vines and barely got anything off them, but this year I planted 5 vines.
I'm lemon cucumber rich!
YUM! YUM!

Hope you all are having or had a wonderful 4th of July. It's almost (about time) dark here in N. Calif.
time to go outside with the rest of the pyro's :explode:

The first time I saw a lemon cucumber or cucumber lemon (I can never remember what part comes first) I said the same thing, what the heck is that? Then I tried one and I was taken!

They are a cucumber that have a lemon shape, are light yellow in color and taste YUMMY!!!! They are a perfect summer food!

If you have a farmers market in your area you maybe able to find some there! Try them...you'll be hooked too!
    Kelly!
