I've been trying to lose weight for ages, and a friend suggested giving this website a go so here I am. I'm still finding my way around, but looking forward to hopefully making some friends and sharing some success stories.

Hi from Sydney. Well my doctor is thrilled with my progress since being on here. At last I am losing the weight I needed too. You will make great on line friends, get great support and learn heaps. Logging is important even the bad days. Motivation is amazing here.
