breakfast

Hi guys! i'm just curious about what to actually have for breakfast and how many calories I should be consuming early in the day. I don't eat breakfast at all! I have a cup of coffee and that's it.

Basically, just looking for some ideas and recipes to get so I know what to get when I go grocery shopping.

    I forgive you for the wrong place. LOL
    I didn't used to have breakfast. Just a drink.
    I started eating weet-a-bix with yoghurt and some fruit or nuts.
    I was having about 400 cals for breakfast including a coffee.

    I then treated myself to a blender and now have a smoothie every morning.
    Full of fruit and juice and yoghurt - Always fewer than 300 calories and sees me through until lunch usually.
    I don't eat enough fruit and veg otherwise so this is a good thing for me to do.
