Getting Use To The New Me...

Over the past year, I have lost almost 60lbs. Not only that, but I am in the best shape of my life! I work out a ton, have defined, lean muscles, and am in (finally!) a size 6/8 with only 19% body fat...

My problem is...in my head, I know that I have changed DRASTICALLY...but most of the time, I just don't SEE it. I look in the mirror and still see the 'problem' areas being just that, PROBLEM AREAS. I see that my face is thinner and that in MOST clothes, I look better and feel so much better. But how can I start to see myself as the size 6/8 and NOT the size 20??

Any advice?

Look at old photos of yourself. Wrap your arms around your waist and feel how much of a difference there is. I can think of any others sorry. Also try to ignore the problem areas and look at the areas that are no longer a problem..

Post before and after's right next to each other on your mirror to remind you of what you used to look like...or do a before and after post on here.
