Making Changes for the best

Well, now that I am slowly learning to say no to the family, (from the OMG rant I had), I am doing better.

Changing my diet more as well.
Not full Atkins, but a long that line with the sugar intake.

I have been tanking up on fresh fruit nad veggies, whole bran, more soy milk and yogurts as well.

More fish nad chicken and turkey as well.

And as of yesterday, it was the first day I have had no tummy trouble.

I have actually been able to go potty with no trouble as well.

Even slept good two nights in a row.

It's all about handling stress the correct way instead of eating to resolve it.

I have a great friend that is helping as well with encouragement.....

    Good for you. Positive changes are good. I've made alot of changes myself and am finally dropping the weight. Yeah us!! KIM
