Thank you, MFP! I've been using this diary for about a week and am amazed by how tracking food and exercise and knowing how many calories I've consumed helps me manage my eating and increases my motivation to exercise. My goals are simple - to eat real food and move my body, leading to increased fitness and decreased body fat.
I'm looking forward to getting to know the community of folks on this site. I've been lurking a bit and appreciate the positive, encouraging atmosphere!

Me too! I love how it spurs me on to eat properly...before I ate for the sake of it but now MFP keeps my mind on track. Yay...we can do this!0
