Hey everyone! It's spring already so summer is just around the corner... time for March Madness! What are your goals this month?

Here are mine:
Miles goal: 60 gym miles in March, on the elliptical, treadmill, row machine, or on the track. Long walks outside can count too.
Steps goal: average 7,700 steps a day for 28 days (started March 4th)
30DS goal: work out with the 30 day Shred at least 20 days this month

I want to hear what everyone else is doing! I'm always looking for new ideas :)

    My goals are simple.
    Work out at least 3 times a week.
    Lose 5 more pounds.

    Workout at the gym 6 days a week
    Burn 14,000 calories over the month
    Run a 5K without stopping

    Awesome awesome goals!!! My goal next week is to hit the gym 6x in the week, because its spring break and I got nothin better to do!!!
