I tried it recently...i went a bit mad on it and was drinking 3 cups a day which might not sound a lot but I'm caffeine sensitive and ended up with a 3 day migraine/headache that knocked me for six! It was also the week that I had a decent loss (2.9lbs) after a long run of tiny losses or static (lots of zero and 1lb losses). Maybe coincidence but i think it played a part. I can only drink it every couple of days so probably not enough to get the benefits.

Give it a go without changing anything else and see how you go but do beware of the headaches, they are common apparently

The studies i've read actually show that green tea makes no difference to weightloss, but i've seen lots of people on here say they swear by it.

Green tea is good in order to increase your metabolism as well as burn up your fat..I've drink it once or twice a day. It make me feel more energetic and easy to wake up in the morning if I drink it at night.. It also good for our digestion system.. =) I prefer more on organic herbal green tea with no sugar added.

Ive read a few articles that say green tea extract is absorbed better by your body than the tea. I take it instead.

Is that a supplement or drops you add to something??
