I should know better than to believe when something says "light" or "fit and healthy" from somewhere like Bob Evans; however my significant other took me there for breakfast this morning and I thought I was staying healthy with their "light and fit fruit and yogurt crepes"...get this: 734 cals 107 carbs 26 fat 67 sugar  There goes my Saturday!

I know it's shutting the gate after the horses are out but maybe next time you could check out online first to see what is good or not good on the menu.
There's been others on here who were shocked at some Bob Evans' stuff, too--seems their foods are just overall BAD and from the devil :devil:0 -
Yeah looking at it now i'm peeved. My original plan was to run by whole foods and grab breakfast but keeping my other half in mind I knew he wanted something more 'substantial' so I changed my mind and we went to B.E instead. NEVER AGAIN! I can't believe they're allowed to market something like that as "light and fit" :grumble:0

Compared to their regular stuff, it probably is "light"0

this is true in comparision it is probably light. I think there is actually a gov standard that states it can be a certain percent under the others to be "lite"0

I've never heard of Bob Evans, but he sounds like the :devil:0

At least you can find the stats, so you'll know better next time. I'm ticked off at California Pizza Kitchen, my 8-year-old son's favorite restaurant. They don't report their nutritional count ANYWHERE. I first looked on their website and then called their 1-800 customer service number. No go. (You can get some calorie counts on their pizzas because they sell them frozen in the stores, but NOTHING on the salads or soups.)
Very frustrating, because you can never tell - things that sound healthy often are more calories or fat grams than you'd normally be willing to sacrifice.0 -
So true, if I'd had any idea I would have hopped right off to Whole Foods for a much healthier breakfast, I will NEVER eat at Bob Evans again that's for sure. I'm just not willing to sacrifice what calories I am taking in for something like that!0
