Not ENTIRELY new to MFP, but haven't posted here yet.
Trying to fit into some old clothes and regain some old confidence.
MFP was recommended by one of the trainers I went to at LA Fitness and it seems to be a pretty positive way to lose this extra baggage.
And it's been helping so far.
First big step would definitely breaking 220lbs.
Any tips or suggestions would be welcomed
Feel free to friend me if you're on your way out of the 200lbs range and can't wait to see 199 on the scale!

Welcome to the site! I would say make sure you eat your calories, not drink them. Give up the soda and sugary juices. And make sure to do your 64oz every day.0

Welcome This site has been a God send for me and I have been able to stick to it unlike other diets out there!
