Not ENTIRELY new to MFP, but haven't posted here yet.

Trying to fit into some old clothes and regain some old confidence.
MFP was recommended by one of the trainers I went to at LA Fitness and it seems to be a pretty positive way to lose this extra baggage.

And it's been helping so far.

First big step would definitely breaking 220lbs.

Any tips or suggestions would be welcomed :)

Feel free to friend me if you're on your way out of the 200lbs range and can't wait to see 199 on the scale!

    Welcome to the site! I would say make sure you eat your calories, not drink them. Give up the soda and sugary juices. And make sure to do your 64oz every day.
