Hi
Couldnt resist posting - some of you may know this already, but I had been getting frustrated as I hadnt lost a single lb for about 5 weeks - and only .2 of a kg since beg of this year...
Anywhoo, got on the scale today (only 1 week since last time - I usually weigh officially monthly) and I am 2lb down!
I am so please by this - I was beginning to think my loss was not going to budge again!
Even when I started here, I wasnt losing 2lb in 1 week..
My question is this - what kick started it again..
This week I have:
been lifting sightly heavier weights
attemtped to eat more, though it ended up being bearly over allowance for the day
and..
thats it really!
I was feeling a lot hungrier this week - so was eating more, but healthier stuff like more fruit..
Either way,im happy! (soz to go on haha...)
xx
