Hi - My name is Todd from Kent Island, Maryland. I'm almost 45 years old and its about time I developed a sustainable lifestyle of health. I'm just over 6 feet tall and tipped the scale just north of 275 the Saturday before last - it's time to do something about my habits! I just want to introduce myself and try to be part of a community with similar goals of health and wellness. Just started logging all my info last week and have already seen a huge improvement in my motivation and my eating. Hope I can get and give some encouragement.

    I'm also trying to change my lifestyle so that exercise and health eating are just something I do. I'm new to posting on MFP but have been logging my food for a while now. I'm here to make friends with similar goals to help motivate me and them. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like.
