Did anyone survive it?
I started off really well. then for dessert I decided to have just 1/2 of a cupcake....well that was stupid of me. I know better than that...it's better for me to have non than just a little bit! So I'm paying for it today. Amazing how crappy you feel after a day of eating crappy food. I need to remember this feeling so when that dessert is tempting me, I can't say NO!
