Hi everyone! A friend reccomended myfitnesspal and I am so happy to have joined. I have been using an app on my phone to track my food intake, but never had a community of people to keep me motivated and share experiences with. I am really happy to be here.
I currently weigh 145 at 5'4" and I am trying to lose 20lbs, and trying to do it at a healthy rate. I eat a mainly natural and veggie diet. I am slowly transitioning out of eating meats, and no longer eat any red meat. I have cut back my poultry intake quiet a bit, and don't consume any dairy products. Since making this transition I have gained more energy and generally felt healthier every day.
