Hello, I'm new to this and would like to get in to a habit of using this website. My ultimate goal is to adopt a new healthy lifestyle so I can be the best that I can be. Please add me and help me reach my goal!

    If you have the IPhone is easier, I am entering all the food and exercise immediately after I get the food, and finish the exercise... and it results! :)

    Welcome! I sent ya a friend request. I have been a member for ten days, and been using the site for a week, it's been awesome! Very positive and encouraging here!
  • Welcome!! I am new since this January! Everyone here is awesome and very encouraging! I look forward to logging in. The phone app is helpful and if your phone has a camera can actually scan the barcodes on things for the info to upload. Really cool, I guess I am a little bit of a techie! LOL Anyway, hope you stick with it!
