    If you do decide to do "one at a time," make sure you calendar the re-integration of your other goals.

    But good for you for making so many positive decisions! Be patient with yourself. These habits didn't form overnight and they won't be easy to break.

    Not going to lie, the first few weeks SUCK!
    But you get passed it and the next thing you know a month has gone by, then six months, and then your pants are falling off and you're smiling and it's all worth it :)
    You can TOTALLY do this!

    I told EVERYONE I was quitting at least a month before I did. The looks that my co workers would give me if I don't quit is motivation enough to stop...lol. I also started w the patches but yesterday it made me really sick so I haven't been using it. I still would love to smoke a cigarette but the urge is no where near as bad as it was 5 or 6 days ago.
