Shakeology Alternative????

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a cheaper version of shakeology. I have come across The Ultimate Life - Ultimate Meal, and Garden of Life - RAW Meal. Which one is better? And does anyone reccommend anything else instead?

A friend of mine started doing this a week ago. All I know about it sounds similar to slim fast, but you get to flavor the shakes however you want.
