Breakfast Sandwich
Just threw this together, and it was so delicious, so I wanted to share.
-Thomas' - 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins, 1 bagel (110 calories)
-All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites - Egg Whites, 1/4 cup (56g) (30 calories)
-Jimmy Dean - Turkey Sausage Patties (Fully Cooked), 2 patties (120 calories)
-Laughing Cow - Light Original Swiss Cheese Wedges, 1 wedge (21g) (35 calories)
-Publix - Feta Crumbled Cheese, 1/8 cup (40 calories)
TOTAL: 335 CALORIES
Carbs: 27 Fat: 13 Sodium: 1,195 Fiber: 5 Protein: 31
I toasted the bagel thin, then generously spread the Laughing Cow wedge onto both halves.
Threw the 1/4 cup egg whites into a bowl along with the 1/8 cup crumbled feta. Microwaved for 30 seconds, stirred, then popped back in for another 45 seconds.
Microwave the 2 patties for 40 seconds and cut them in half.
Place egg onto one half of the bagel, then the sausage pieces on the egg. Top off with other half of bagel thin, and devour.
Oh, and this literally took me 5 minutes or less. I spent a longer time browsing through the fridge and cupboards deciding on what to make than I did actually making it. Super delish & super simple!

I've never seen a bagel thin and I was just mourning the bagel I couldn't have last week. Now I need to browse the grocery store!0

Bagel Thins are AMAZING!
I do, just about, this same recipe for breakfast on occasion.. Sometimes I'll use a slice of Turkey Bacon (25 cal) and split it in half on the sandwich, and use Laughing Cow Sun Dried Tomato Basil cream cheese for added flavor!
Bagel Thins = Heaven sent!0
