Hi all! I'm new here and not sure what activity category I fall into. My everyday stuff I don't plan on putting in my exercise diary:
I walk to work and back everyday- literally 7 days a week most weeks (4 miles with hills), am on my feet most of the day and walk the dog about an hour most nights. I'm also the only one doing all of the cleaning for a house with 3 roommates, 4 dogs and 2 cats. Enough to qualify me for the highest activity category? Or should i bump it down one to moderately active?

I would say moderately active. I believe active is meant for training athletes, etc.0

I would say moderately active. If you are burning more calories than a moderately active person of your age, weight, etc. would...then it's just bonus!0
