Hi all,
I run with 3lb weights in my hands, how many more calories should I add to my count?
Thanks!

Why do you run with weights?0

I don't know how much to add without a heart rate monitor. However, I did just read in a recent Runners magazine article that running with weights is ill advised because it makes you lose your good form and tends to increase the likelihood of injuries. If you do, just be careful and be aware of possible injuries.0
