Is there a way other than using a body fat measuring scale to determine what your percentage is?

Under water test is the most accurate. A lot of universities offer the procedure if they have good sports programs or health majors.
You go under water and blow out all your air and they measure the displacement )0 -
there is but it's easier on a scale with the technology. however their is a method where you measure certain parts of your body with calipers and should be done by a professional that has done it before.0

i bought a body fat caliper online for $4. There are demos on how to use it online, but it's much easier if you have someone do it for you and probably more accurate as well.0
