One of my biggest issues is not having time to wake up early enough to make breakfast. I get yelled at all the time from my friend Michael at work because I complain I am hungry and he knows it's because I don't eat the most important meal of the day. Here is my solution...Today I bought this blender that has a to-go cup on it (it only cost about $16) to make fruit smoothies in the morning as a quick and tasty breakfast. I had one today to try it out and it tasted amazing. I bought the Yoplait Smoothie packs because they already have the yogurt pieces in them so you'll only need to add milk and since I am lactose intolerant and have tried the smoothies before I know I can have that brand of yogurt. I used Very Vanilla Silk Milk and it came out so delicious. It came out to be around 200 calories and definitely filled me up. You can just buy frozen fruit and yogurt if you have a preference on which yogurt or berry combo you'd like.
My suggestion if you do decide to buy one of these blenders it to use a straw because the lid leaks if you don't hold it. Also they are really easy to clean up.
