Ive finally found some old friends

Yes i finally found some old friends, They went away a few years ago and i have not seen them since. But through some hard work a determination they are all coming back to me.

What am i talking about you ask?..........................

I'm slowly getting some defininition and tone back i thought lost all my muscles but they were there waiting for me to sort myself out. And i never even knew i had a collar bone till recently lol
