Hi! A woman from my strength training class told me about this site so I decided to check it out but today is the first time I've used it. I believe this will be a lot easier to keep track of my goals rather than writing what I do down on paper. I'm very excited about losing weight, toning up and becoming healthy again. I believe this site will definitely help me do this.

It has helped me. I do not write down anything on paper since I joined MFP. It keeps track of everything for me and I even have it on my droid to use when i cannot get to a computer!0
