I've only been on this site for a few days but I love it so far! I have been off sugar and soda for about 2 months and 31 days ago I started walking 4 miles on the treadmill daily. I plan to do this for 100 days straight, reward myself that last day and start back up a week or so after that. I have 4 children but do not plan to keep blaming my extra weight on having them. I am taking charge of my life because I want to be healthy! Feel free to add me. Shantre

Congratulations and good luck on you journey towards reaching you goal! We as mothers definitely have to take back our health so that we can grow old with our husbands and children as well :-) Keep up the good work, 31 days already is a great accomplishment!0
