Dieting made me a lightweight! Alcohol tolerance adjustment

Ok...the GOOD news is al my hard work is starting to pay off. I can feel myself getting smaller and more toned thanks to counting cals ( about 1100-1200 day) and working out. I took the weekend off, not going crazy or anything with eating and worked out a little. Here's where the BAD is... celebrating a friends Bday as well with 2 glasses of pinot grigio and shots of flavored vodka , maybe about 4? I was wasted! Like black out, got sick....however, no hangover? ADVICE PLEASE! I have important upcoming events that are at bars and clubs, I want a lil buzz but have to remain in control. Drink suggestions? Dont tell me to drink diet soda or water all night, that wont cut it LOL...though I will probably use lemon water to space out my drinks. :drinker: :sad:

    Something similar happened to me. I can't put away beer like I used to. I just get hammered if I try. I didn't stop drinking beer, though. Just learned to meter my intake a little better.
