Hi all! I have a question about some green flakes called superfood! What is it?? My co-worker just got some and swears that it works for her, gives her energy, stops cravings, etc; but it tastes horrible. Anyone know what it is and if it is good/bad for her so I can tell her??
Thanks!

It is probably wheat grass based. Wheat grass is very good for you but tastes like a**. Like everything else, wheat grass is no miracle worker. The benefits may be psychosomatic.

    Could be seaweed based too.

Yup. It's gots all kinds of ephedra like substances in it. It can work as advertised, but its very inconsistent. The purity of the ingredients varies, and it can have contaminants.

That said, if you happen across a good batch you'll like it assuming you don't have a problem with stimulants.

Hmm something that tastes horrible does not sound like a good choice for a lifetime plan. It may 'work', but I doubt she will want to keep drinking it for long.
