TABATA

For those of you who have not tried it, Tabata is a great way to get in a quick but intense workout. Tabata basically involves doing an excercise at a very intense rate for 20 seconds, resting for ten seconds, and then repeating. I usually do for or five excercises and 4 to 5 sets of each. Any excercise will work; I usually do jumping jacks, squats, crunchs, lunges. The best part is you can do it at home and its FREE.
