Hungry Days!

Yesterday was a hungry day for me. I ate healthy, but no matter what I did I couldn't feel full! Then I completely pigged out at dinner and went way over my calorie goal :frown: Does this ever happen to anyone else? What should I do today to counteract the overindulgence I did yesterday? Or should I just forget about it and move on?

Yes, it happens. Start fresh today and don't stress about it!!! Its one day at a time, one meal at a time!
You might want to exercise a little harder today to help you "feel" better about it and offset the extras but if you don't you don't, if you stress over it its even worse for you.0 -
try eating something high in fibre or carbs to fill you up.0

It's happened to me 3 times in 2 months. The next day I did great and wasn't hungry at all. You can expect this type day but not frequently. 1 day I ate two donuts at work. I was so ashamed.0

I've seen a lot of people posting about zigzagging. I'm wondering if yesterday may not be as bad as it looks in my diary. Trying to put a positive spin on it lol!0
