Another newbie....

Hello everyone. I am new to the site. Learning my way around. I am here to offer and receive support and encouragement! We can all use that. I don't have much weight to lose but the older I get, the harder it is to get rid of it. I am bound and determined that I am going to get back into my skinny wardrobe though. I quit smoking six months ago and I didn't think that I would gain weight. Wrong! I gained a lot of weight and now it's time to reverse the process. I also want to regain my flexibility. So, I am working out with a personal trainer and that is keeping me on track and in line! The first week was the worst. I was so sore. But that is better now so I am looking forward to a great weak of training. Hope you all have a super day! Terri

    Congrats on the smoking... I know that is a difficult thing to quit. But just think if you can do that you can do anything.
