need some motivation

I'm good at eating correctly, but my problem is the exercising part. I'm going to be doing Insanity after work, but I'm also going to try to do some light cardio for like 20-30 minutes in the morning before work a few times a week. My only problem is I have no one yelling at me telling me to get my butt in gear. So, I was wondering if someone would know of a way for me to kick my butt in gear so I will do the exercising. Let me know what your thoughts are.
