Downloaded Fat Head from Netflix. Very interesting, This guy looses weight on fast food, and has better numbers. It specifically looks at the "Lipid Formula" which has become gospel for the USDA today's standards. Bad science, bad government, why? Follow the money. I encourage everyone to view Fat Head.
