I have seen several people looking for help with creating their shopping list in my 3 months on the site so I thought this might be helpful. It's a good start for anyone new to cooking at home or just starting a diet.

Good list. I shop at Giant Eagle here in Ohio, and they list their foods by aisle. So i have a spreadsheet I made up with the food aisle then I insert what I want from that aisle. Makes the whole experience much more enjoyable!0
