Any North Miami Beach Florida Alumni that is trying to lose weight on this site. Just wondering. Anything that helps me stay on this site and stops me from going to the fridge helps.

    Sorry not from NMB I'm in OH!

    But I love to give tips and they are

    1) log it BEFORE you eat it, this can help you make wise choices :wink:
    2) weigh and/or measure everything, my eye was much larger than actual amounts :noway:

    The frige is good as long as your getting melons, apples etc !!
