Hey there! I am a married, mother of 2 girls under 8. We have a pretty busy schedule which makes it easy for me to be a junk food junkie. I work a full time job and I work about 5 hours a week at a part time clinic. I started battling my weight when I hit my 20's. I have tried many exercise plans and I still struggle to lose anything! I am determined to make this work, I want a lifestyle change. I'm almost 31 and I want to be able to feel good and go enjoy the summer with my family out on the lake, camping and boating. My biggest challenges are time and my love of pasta, cokes and cheese! If you have any advice for me, I'll take it!
