How do u workout?

so I set a goal to workout at least an hour a day on my treadmill. my question is, is it ok to break up that hour say into two half hour workouts with a break in between? or should i know it all out at once? i am really out of shape and with a three year old and five month old it is hard to do an hour all together. any replies and help are greatly appreciated! thanks in advance :happy:

I break my workouts up same effect as one long one been reading a lot that says it actually better for u keeps your metabolism reved up.I also mix my workouts up because I Have a bordem easily issue.So I do walking videos zumba go outside and walk elliptical and treadmill.I own a cab company and run it from home so it is hard for me to get one long workout in to also have a 4 year old so I figure any I can get in whenever I can get it in adds up0

Yes! That's absolutely fineWhatever works best, you're doing the same amount of physical activity in the long run.

I`d say whatever works for you.Exercise is exercise.I wouldn`t think it would matter.
