Zuzana from http://www.bodyrock.tv/ ? Is she sexy or scary? I'm curious, because I posted a status update about a quick workout on her site, and one of my MFP pals said that she has a horrible body and should stop doing "guys' exercises." I find it strange that it seemed socially acceptable to her to say a woman with muscles has a horrible body, when people wouldn't say those words about an overweight woman. So, if you do find muscles scary (and you are female) why is it? Opinions from males are, of course, welcome as well. I already know my husband thinks she's hot (but he'd have to fight me for her.)

    I love watching her!!!!!! I've never attempted one of her workouts before, but they are kicka$$! I love listening to her talk.

    Oh and I would love to have a body like hers!

    She is amazing, she doesn't have too much muscle, the only reason you see her muscles is because of her low body fat %, I would consider her thin, not bulky, but fit.
    And there is no such thing as "guy" exercises. A woman will not bulk up doing strength training, not enough testosterone, and it is next to impossible on a caloric deficit diet.

    I think she looks great. Lean & tight in all the right ways. I have seen some women who really know how to bulk up, and I don't personally care for that, but this lady looks fabulous. That's just my opinion. :smile:

    I am impressed by muscle bound women. Look at all the hard work they MUST have done to get those muscles. Now, as far as sexy....I think if I were a guy, I thnik I would be more attracted to a toned but curvy woman who looks like a, well, a woman. Any way, if you like muscles, I think that is what you should work toward. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Many people think that a muscled up woman is hot! Do what you like. :smile:

With that being said though, from my quick look at her site, she has an incredible body and I wouldn't mind having half the amount of toned muscle that she has! Definitely going to look into her workouts now. Thanks!

    The woman in question is not a muscled up woman or what I would call muscular, she is an extremely fit, but still thin woman. I'm sure her arms are smaller than many women that don't have defined biceps.

    She's incredible. Ignore your 1 friend that said "guy exercises" - total BS. A good workout is just that - good. Regardless of gender. That is not to say the goal of every workout is the same, but in this case, you can tell her body is very fit all over.

    I am training for a distance (10-mile) run right now, but after I'm done that, I am really looking forward to trying out her videos. That stuff is impressive.

    LOL, she is absolutely SMOKIN' HOT. Saying she does "guy" exercises is like saying doing the dishes is "women's work". RIDICULOUS! I had never heard of her until joining this site, when I googled I was like, "O!M!G!" and I pulled my hubby right over. There would be no fight between the two of us for her, my husband wouldn't dare stand in my way :devil:

    Muscle on a woman is not scary. TOO MUCH muscle looks a lil odd. But women should DEFINITELY do strength exercises!! Its a proven fact!! Muscle burns fat and more calories! Hellooooo who doesn't wanna burn more calories just by sitting still? Um, I do! Strength exercises for me, please. I'm not afraid of muscle.

    She looks beautiful to me. I think her abs look uber developed but I can't really criticise her over that. I'm very accepting of a wide range of body types however. I'm not one of those people that finds ONE certain look to be the apex of beauty. I like how I can look around at my fellow humans and find differences. I like our box of crayons...hard to pick one out :]
