I spent an hour shoveling snow this morning an added it into my exerice and according to MFP I burnt 600 calories. My problem is my net calories is now really low only about 800 and that's after all my food for the day. And when I do my regular workout it's going to be even lower!
Don't know if I should just skip my normal workout. Or take out the snow shoveling. I only added it because it's not part of my normal activity in a day. I really don't know how I can eat anymore to up my calories, I already feel like I'm eating a ton and don't feel hungry.
Any insight would be much apperciated!!

have a handful of nuts and a glass of juice. If you are under your caloires for 1 day it will not hurt you, it is after a period of time of under eating that is bad for you.

A day or two won't hurt, just eat like you normally would - maybe a bit extra or a small treat, but don't feel like you should eat calories that will overfill you just b/c you will be under cals with the shoveling. Yes - add your workout! You did it - you deserve to see it posted! Good luck!
