So on wednesday i'm going to frankies and bennys and i know as well as any one else that its calorie hell! it says on the database that a meatball calzone has 600 and something calories but i find that very hard to believe. anyway i no im deffinatly going to be having a main and a dessert, im going with my mum and she thinks there no need for me to diet so i dont want to cause a fuss by saying i dont want a dessert or anything, i also absolutely loath salad which is one of the most annoying things i can think of so other than salads any advice on what to have????

Prawn coctail, dressing on the side
grilled tiger prawn skewer - ask for no oil or butter during cooking
one of the steaks - eat half and ask for no fries, etc & see if they can give plain steamed or roasted veggies instead. If you want to eat some baked potato, eat a small portion and ask for it plain
chicken sandwich - no mayo, lose the bread or just eat half
Dessert:
sorbet or a scoop of ice cream topped with fresh fruit0 -
I would order what you want to eat but as soon as it hits the table box up half of it so you don't eat that half. Eating out at a place like this is not the best idea. If you can order what ever with no mayonnaise or dressing, stick with the grilled stuff. If you have to have dessert stay away from the cheesecake, go with the Good ol American Apple pie
And whatever you do it IS just one meal, enjoy yourself just don't go completely crazy.0
