Ok great..I was hoping I didnt have to go out and get a lot of equipment.

****IMPORTANT**** Avoid the knee circles in level 1!! They are incredibly dangerous for many as the move is not natural. My physio told me this a few months ago after having treatment for achilles tendonitis (not caused by the shred)
YES!!! I'm pretty sure that is what started all my issues!

I did the knee circles but NOWHERE near as intense as she did..but i see what you all mean about staying away..they are crazy0
