So I bought some turkey ham (taste just like the reg. stuff); I just need some new ideas of what to do with it. I always do the same thing and am getting bored of eating it with eggs or steamed veggies a little bit of cheese. Any ideas out there?

Take a slice, spread Laughing Cow light cheese on it (the wedges, soft cheese, in you're preferred flavor). Add a pickle, and roll it up. Slice to make pinwheels, or eat as is.

On top of a green salad with some light honey-mustard dressing.
