I set a personal goal for myself this week to do 10 miles on the stationary bike. I've been doing 8 is the most I've gone and I do an increase/decrease method on the manual setting for resistance. Today I started at 2 resistance, every 5 minutes increasing it by one. I got all the way up to 5 and went back down again. 35 minutes later.....I HIT 10 MILES!!!!!!!!! I was so excited! It's only Monday, so now I have to set a new goal for this week. Any suggestions??

Great job! That's a great accomplishment! I don't have any suggestions because I don't do the bike that often. But I would just say do it again then increase slowly :)

Good job!! Keep the 10 as a goal and increase the intensity make it up to six then 7 etc. Then next week you can increase it to15 miles.

    I love hitting my goal.
