Too much protien and fiber???

Is there such a thing as too much fiber and protein??? MFP is saying im over ... What can I do about this???

    hmm I use to eat too much fiber..trust me you would be able to tell when going to the bathroom, nuff said :P

    Depends on the sources. If you're eating a crapton of veg you're going to "go over" on fiber and probably be fine. If you're eating those crappy fiber one bars and other processed crap and over doing it on fiber, you could end up constipated and feeling pretty ucky.

    Too much protein can potentially do damage to kidneys and other organs. But if you're just going over a little each day I wouldn't worry about it.

    I agree. I think that the protein % needs to be adjusted on MFP. I adjusted mine to allow for more protein and I STILL go over.

    Here's a good site to calculate how much protein a woman might need. According to my weight and activity level, I need about 85g protein daily. And if I exercise/work out more, I would need even more.
