Hey all!!
Hope everyone had a great Monday! I am a 26 year old female from Kansas. I am 5'2" and currently weigh 240. This is my first post after being a part of MFP for a week. My heaviest was 275 back in 2008. I started eating right and working out like crazy. The weight fell off and I got to a low of 215. Over the past 2+ years I have put a lot back on and I'm at 243 (well actually 240 because I lost 3 last week)! It was the normal reasons: Got into a relationship, put on love weight, and life got BUSY! It seems that there was always an excuse. I kept putting off starting to eat better until the next Monday, and then the Monday after that, and so on. I am one week in and feel great! I even wanted to take a cheat day yesterday (this has always worked well for me) and I didn't because I felt guilty. I have been glued to these posts tonight after I discovered them. Everyone here is truly amazing! Feel free to add me as I would LOVE the support. Thanks everyone!!!
