I am in my second week of using myfitnesspal and love how easy it is. I changed my eating habits starting on
January 4 by starting an elimination diet. Have always had stomach problems but also started having hives about 6 months ago so I am trying to figure out what foods are causing it. I have never felt better while eliminating gluten, sugar, sweeteners and caffeine. I now stay away from gluten as much as possible and limit my sugar intake and know I am allergic to artificial sweeteners and most corn products. I try to eat organic as much as possible and generally do not eat processed foods. I lost 13 pounds and now this past week 3 more pounds. I am starting to exercise and look forward to life more than I have in a long time.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far I like hearing stories like that to keep me motivated.
Have you tried using Stevia as a sweetener? My wife and I love it
