weight training and soreness groannnn!

i have started weight training for past week and all was gong well till yesterday lol, i did hack squats leg raises dumbell squats and pushups and man! today i have freaking sore legs, i can hardly walk lol.

my weight loss has slowed down a little as well cause im replacing fat with muscle with the cardio ive been dong for the last 3 weeks

    Try uppinig your water intake keeping your muscles hydrated while working them out is very important or else you get sore muscles and cramps galore!
